A high priority element in the Marketing Communications System is a website for customers and Intranet for employees. These "message machines" lead your company and its products to the marketplace.
At Valley Forge, we can structure the process and create it for easy update and consistency throughout. Most of all, sites will be created to integrate with other marketing and communication tools.

A big challenge of any website is keeping it up to date -- and making sure web people are in harmony with content people. Our site has updating capabilities built in. All content resides in XML -- extensible markup language -- which enables all kinds of data to be reformatted and reused.
The site was assembled in .Net, a programming platform that uses XML. While the building blocks of the site may seem complicated, the result is a website that can be updated at any time by non-technical people. Naturally, not everyone in the company has authority to make changes, but the folks who do (in our case, the Marketing team), can make changes as easily as revising a Microsoft Word document.
And that includes easy and flexible formatting, too, because the site is built in a series of templates. So when a marketer wants to add a whole new page of information, she simply calls for a new template and adds content -- including both words and images.
